Arancino is a delicious traditional Sicilian street food. It is a ball of rice, usually topped with meat sauce, mozzarella and peas, which is then breaded and fried, resulting in a golden, crispy crust. Its shape and name come from its resemblance to an orange, in fact “arancino” means small orange in Sicilian.
